Support and everyday help

Ongoing support and monitoring

A working visit from one of our own people. We go round the house checking that everything on the plan still does its job, then write up anything that needs attention with a price against it.

What a check-in involves

Check-in visits

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, at a time that suits. Always one of our own DBS-checked team, and a familiar face wherever we can manage it.

Everything tested

Rails pulled on, lights switched, smoke alarms and personal alarms tested, locks and steps looked over.

Small jobs quoted on the spot

Bulbs, batteries and the little things, priced there and then and carried out once approved on the portal.

A written note each time

What was done, and anything new worth knowing.

The family portal

Visits, the plan and invoices, viewable from anywhere.

One point of contact for anything

You are not explaining the whole story again each time.

The house checked, and the family told

It is the house we are checking: rails, lights, alarms, locks, steps and anything that has stopped working. Whatever needs doing is written up and priced, and no work goes ahead until it has been approved on the portal.

Your parent reads the note we write, and can ask us to leave anything out of it.

Check-in visits come with membership

Membership includes a visit every month, a full check of the house, and a written note afterwards.
